Advantages of K–Rend Over Traditional Rendering Systems

K-Rend render is a water-resistant, breathable solution – it’s low maintenance, durable and available in a choice of colours. The silicone additive provides exceptional water repellency and makes it a practical product for jobs where painting would demand additional time and greater cost burden. The main difference is they contain fewer pores than traditional renders, have no sparkle and provide a smoother finish.

A major reason why K-Rend is preferred to traditional render is the fact it offers a natural looking finish, has high levels of reliance, as well as being easy to apply, by hand or by machine. It is readily workable and comes with a wide product range offering flexibility. Finally, it offers optimum adhesion to a range of substrates and has a high degree of water repellency.

All directors, managers, supervisors and operatives hold a minimum CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), the vast majority also possess the blue skilled worker CSCS which are relevant to the NVQs the individuals have. Site supervisors hold either SMSTS (Site Managers’ Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme). All operative hold both IPAF (powered access user licence) and PASMA (mobile tower user licence).
